Our image management system is simple to use and very cost effective.

At Southlight we have been helping our clients manage their digital image files and information for many years.

We use the hosted library service 'Find it use it'. To access our demonstation library:
Click on the link 'Libraries' link above, enter sa in the 'Company/Group' field, Select 'Guest' and enter sa in the 'Password' field, then click on the login button.

Our system has been designed to assist our clients in the management and distribution of digital data such as images, logos, press releases, marketing and promotional material. It provides a secure, fast and stable means for your clients, marketing departments, management and general staff to access and disseminate digital information online.

All those digital files you need access to anywhere and at any time are readily available on-line through our system. No more endless time wasting looking for files, chasing phone calls and responding to countless requests. Your data can be accessed quickly and efficiently by those who need it. Downloading is possible by those with the correct access codes which you supply.

Registered users may search, view and download data.

Guest users may search and view data only.

Larger files not suitable for download can be provided to your clients through Southlight and delivered either via email or on CD.
